1. Operator
The Closer is operated by TJ Digital Consulting Services AB, registered in Sweden with corporate identity number 559253-4589. These terms govern use of the platform and associated services.
2. Account access
Accounts are created by invitation only. Users must keep their login credentials and two-factor authentication secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use
You may use the platform only for lawful sales operations. You may not use it to harvest data, harass property occupants, or process personal data for purposes outside those agreed with your company administrator.
4. Data and intellectual property
Customer data entered by your company remains yours. The Closer retains all rights to the platform software, interface design, and underlying Royal Mail Postcode Address File and other data integrations licensed to us.
5. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Some features, such as live map data and third-party integrations, require an internet connection and may not be available offline.
